Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead teams in developing AI-driven features.
• Skilled in evaluating model performance and managing trade-offs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Comfortable working in iterative environments.
• Passionate about improving care for individuals facing health challenges.
