We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our AI strategy, driving technical excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that have a tangible impact. In Short

• Architect and implement production-grade AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining hands-on
• Design scalable and maintainable AI infrastructure
• Build robust APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities
• Work closely with product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions

Requirements

• Excelled in software engineering and have made significant contributions on AI/LLM technologies
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development practices
• Experience architecting and implementing production AI systems
• Strong background in API development (Python/Django/Flask experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of driving technical initiatives in complex environments
• Practical experience with LangChain.js or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
• History of delivering end-to-end solutions independently
