Requirements

• Experience leading a diverse software engineering team.
• Proven ability in designing scalable and secure solutions.
• Experience in distributed team environments.
• Technical skills in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of database technologies including DynamoDB.
• Experience with continuous delivery pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes over outputs.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and problem-solving.
