Solution Engineer, North EMEA - Remote

Overview

DoiT is looking for an experienced and technically adept Solution Engineer to lead by example in executing the technical sales process as an integral part of our Global Sales Team.

In Short

• Work in conjunction with the sales team as a key technical advisor.
• Implement strategies to improve trial win rates.
• Contribute to best practices in demos and trials.
• Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations.
• Understand and implement technical sales strategies.
• Manage complex technical sales processes.
• Partner with Product Marketing on effective strategies.
• Present to prospects and customers at events.
• Ensure timely entry of data into internal solutions.
• Contribute to systems providing key business information.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a B2B SaaS software company.
• Understanding of ITSM eco-systems and solutions.
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Good understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
• Comfortable in a metric-driven environment.
• Ability to explain complex technology simply.
• Solid communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting to executive level prospects.
