Overview

The Google Cloud Billing Support Specialist will be a key member of the Client Services team, providing world-class SaaS application and billing support in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Operate as a DoiT expert on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing inquiries
  • Analyze customer billing lines and identify discrepancies
  • Respond urgently to customer support issues
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer support requests
  • Document all issues and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify common problems and create knowledge base articles
  • Enhance existing product documentation
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Work in a remote and flexible environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer software problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
