Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with our Account Executive, Solutions Engineering team and R&D to deliver value across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for Technical Validation and POCs in the Sales Process while integrating the deals that you sell and supporting those customers throughout their entire customer journey.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and foster relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Build expertise in technology to establish customer success best practices.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and internal account assessments.
  • Collaborate with customers to create tailored Success Plans.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate internally.
  • Support internal operations and update customer records.
  • 5-7 years of customer success or account management experience required.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Self-Starter Mentality and ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new leads and close deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and data-driven approach.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create compelling business cases for customers.
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and commitment to customer interests.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
