Overview

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local small and midsize businesses (SMB) in the commercial construction industry, focusing on new business development and revenue generation.

In Short

  • Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities from prospect to close.
  • Pursue sales leads within assigned territory.
  • Gain understanding of specialized products and markets.
  • Identify and engage key decision makers.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Partner with Senior Sales personnel to identify opportunities.
  • Update prospecting pipeline in real time.
  • Accurately forecast and maintain pipeline in CRM.
  • Send proposals and process contracts through company systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Proven expertise in inside sales motions selling to SMB customers.
  • Strong objection handling and strategic engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities effectively.
  • High degree of organizational discipline and executional rigor.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or related CRMs.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer dynamics.
