Solutions Engineer Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will join a team of about twenty people, working closely with Customer Care, Product, and development teams to provide technical expertise on the product.

In Short

• Manage incidents at every stage: identification, creation, prioritization, and communication.
• Handle bug escalations: qualification, reproduction, and resolution.
• Develop knowledge on the technical stack: Ruby On Rails, React JS/RxJS, Elastic Search.
• Become a technical expert of the product and share knowledge within the Technical Services team.
• Build trust and collaborate with product and development teams.
• Contribute to the technical training of the Customer Care team.

Requirements

• Good analysis of priorities and communication needs.
• Programming skills and SQL knowledge.
• Expertise in identifying and resolving application issues.
• Customer satisfaction focus and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent in English.
