Solutions Engineer Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will join a team of about twenty people, working closely with Customer Care, Product, and development teams to provide technical expertise on the product.

In Short

• Manage incidents at every stage: identification, creation, prioritization, and communication with Customer Care and Sales teams.
• Handle bug escalations: qualification, reproduction, direct resolution or identification of root causes, escalation to development teams, and follow-up.
• Develop and utilize knowledge of Doctolib's technical stack: Ruby On Rails, React JS/RxJS, Elastic Search.
• Become a technical expert of the product and share this knowledge within the Technical Services team.
• Build trust and collaborate with product and development teams.
• Contribute to the technical training of the Customer Care team and the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Requirements

• Good analysis of priorities and communication needs, adapting communication to technical and commercial interlocutors.
• Programming skills and SQL knowledge (reading code, scripting, database queries).
• Expertise in identifying and resolving application issues while respecting SLAs.
• Customer satisfaction focus and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent English level.
