Overview

In order to give the best experience to Doctolibers and to respond to the growth of Doctolib, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our Milan office.

In Short

  • Provide IT support to users (on site and remote)
  • Provide level 2 support for incidents escalated by the service desk
  • Work closely with teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Document resolution processes and methods
  • Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction
  • Participate in the qualification of new IT equipment
  • Prepare IT packages for onboarding new arrivals
  • Carry out onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Business trips possible to another office in France or abroad
  • Ability to troubleshoot and replace meeting room and network equipment

Requirements

  • Graduate of a BTS, BA(Hons) or equivalent IT oriented background
  • 2+ years in an IT support position
  • Experience supporting core systems like MS Azure AD, Google Gsuite/Workspace
  • Experience with network configuring/troubleshooting (e.g., Cisco Meraki)
  • Experience managing/troubleshooting events and meeting rooms (Zoom and Google Meet)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize information
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
