Overview

As an Account Executive at Docsumo, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire sales cycle for a growing global SaaS product, working closely with the Founders and Director of Sales.

In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to tech buyers in the USA.
  • Perform outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and advance them through the sales process.
  • Maintain strong rapport with existing customers and provide solutions.
  • Meet or exceed key sales metrics related to revenue pipeline.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the CRM system for reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • 2+ years in a closing role with quota carrying experience.
  • Prior experience in selling workflow or process automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Docs, Gmail, Hubspot, and CRMs.
  • Experience working with C-level and D-level executives.
