• Develop and refine collaboration strategies for clinician groups.
• Build relationships with physician thought leaders and key opinion leaders.
• Maintain strategic relationships with medical society and industry stakeholders.
• Drive growth and engagement in clinician networks.
• Collaborate with Community Managers on project definitions.
• Utilize KPIs to monitor engagement and discussion quality.
• Contribute to development of Account Plans and Community objectives.
• Regularly present account plan status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or similar roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving engagement in professional networks.
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
