Overview

As a Technical Support Analyst at Docebo, you will be the first point of contact for customer issues and questions, helping clients utilize their systems to the fullest potential while ensuring their technical concerns are addressed.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for customer technical issues.
  • Assist customers through chat, ticketing systems, and video sharing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and gather information to find root causes.
  • Advocate for customers during escalations.
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations to manage expectations.
  • Fluent in English and Italian is required.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain seated for long periods.
  • Work a set shift between 7am - 8pm.
