Revenue Operations Manager APAC - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager APAC will coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage customer-facing projects to drive efficiencies and operational excellence in the Asia region.

In Short

• Be the Revenue Operations business partner for the Asia region.
• Lead customer-facing projects and report status to leadership.
• Drive efficiencies through automation and process design.
• Conduct analyses to understand revenue impacts of projects.
• Track tasks against project plans for timely deliverables.
• Contribute to commercial plans and track results.
• Work on incentive plans to accelerate company revenue.
• Collaborate with various teams including Finance, HR, and Sales.
• Support the head of the region in execution and reporting.
• Engage in cross-functional processes and merchant communications.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations/sales and CRM tools.
• Program Management experience with cross-group collaboration.
• Exposure to traditional and Agile project methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Monday, Asana).
• Strong data analytics skills and tools (Power BI, Google tools).
• Advanced English proficiency.
