Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • 2 years of facilities management or hotel management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to handle compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in report compilation and analysis.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
