The Assistant Facilities Manager will assist in managing day-to-day operations of industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

  • Experience in managing a team of Property Executives.
  • Knowledge of industrial building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FMIS software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and manuals.
  • Experience in preparing facility management reports.
