Overview

The Assistant Facilities Manager position is responsible for systems administration of a maintenance management system, reporting, and facilities support for a distributed retail portfolio.

In Short

  • Responsible for maintenance management system administration.
  • Handle routine facility operations and work orders.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and third-party providers.
  • Oversee health, safety, security, and environment initiatives.
  • Communicate KPI and SLA requirements effectively.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
  • Ensure successful service delivery and customer experience.
  • Provide vendor coaching on Corrigo.
  • Mitigate operational risk in facility management.
  • Maintain integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo).

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in facilities management.
  • Experience with CMMS/Work Order applications.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
