Senior Oracle Technical Business Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Support configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales Operations, and IT to implement scalable solutions.
• Contribute to system enhancements, integrations, and custom reporting.
• Assist in developing controls and procedures for SOX compliance.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of ERP changes.
• Resolve end-user issues and enhance system reliability.
• Provide day-to-day support to end users.
• Support financial close activities and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with external Oracle support to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP or business systems analysis.
• Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience with revenue automation solutions.
• Solid understanding of P2P and Q2C business cycles.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
• Experience with SOX compliance and IT General Controls.
• Skilled in Oracle tools such as SQL and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
