Overview

The Account Manager II, Client Success serves as the primary liaison for a dedicated portfolio of key DISA Healthcare Technology Division clients, focusing on nurturing long-term partnerships and driving strategic value.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Gain deep insight into each client’s business model.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account and project plans.
  • Grow accounts through upsells and cross-selling.
  • Engage with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track and analyze sales trends and revenue generation.
  • Lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities in CRM.
  • Participate in additional projects as needed.
  • Ensure services align with client goals and expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in strategic Account Management.
  • Proven success with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
  • Strong business writing practices and analytical skills.
