Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience leading global software development teams across time zones.
• Significant experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, or related languages.
• Proficient in software engineering practices and full software development life cycle.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and Database Management Systems.
• Excellent object-oriented design skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Domain knowledge in background screening/drug screening industries preferred.
• Azure cloud native software development preferred.
• Proficiency with React or related frameworks preferred.
