Director, Software Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering director to drive our next generation Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) platform.

In Short

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and participate in architecture decisions.
• Drive the evolution of our CPQ platform architecture.
• Partner with Product Management for technical solutions.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Establish and optimize engineering processes.
• Drive technical decision-making around scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery of CPQ solutions.
• Own technical roadmap development across teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on technical abilities with recent coding experience.
• Proven track record in enterprise software problem-solving.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience with high-scale, multi-tenant architectures.
• Ability to lead teams to practical solutions.
• Background in Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
