Recruiter (Remote US)

Overview

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will help build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization, focusing on Digital Marketing teams.

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline health.
• Lead and inspire the candidate experience and collaborate with internal teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in performance marketing.
• Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, and related fields.
• Create effective sourcing plans to identify top talent.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Experience recruiting in the US, Canada, and UK markets.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and techniques.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of compliance across multiple countries.
