Overview

Diligent Pharma is seeking a full-time motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing commercial team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this individual will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth and fueling the company’s revenue pipeline.

In Short

  • Identify and connect with high-value prospects in life sciences and clinical research.
  • Engage potential clients through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

  • Stay informed about market trends and company solutions.
  • Achieve performance goals for meetings set and opportunities created.
  • Provide insights to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales prospecting or lead generation.
  • Experience in clinical trials or life sciences industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research and prospecting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in modern CRM systems and outreach tools.
