Senior HRIS Analyst (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and support cyclical processes with a focus on user experience, managing HR data and providing customer service.

In Short

• Serve as a consultative partner gathering requirements and translating into functional/technical design.
• Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades and data in HRIS platform (Oracle).
• Support company initiatives in various areas including performance management.
• Develop data import and exports.
• 5+ years’ experience with HRIS, supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, computer science or human resources.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and application report tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with HRIS, with at least some experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented.
• Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data.
