Overview

The Regional Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, directing, and delivering Corporate and customized HR services that support regional objectives, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving initiatives that support talent and business objectives.

  • Responsible for strategic HR solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Oversees employee relations within assigned regions.
  • Collaborates with Talent Management Team for performance management.
  • Consults and advises regional leadership on HR best practices.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develops and implements HR policies and procedures.
  • Conducts training on HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Analyzes employee trends and provides recommendations.
  • Mentors HR Operations team and oversees administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or related field.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions integration.
  • Knowledge of Workday software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
