Overview

The Human Resources Consultant at OneDigital is responsible for designing and administering Human Resource policies, procedures, and programs, and supporting employees throughout the client’s organization.

In Short

  • Provides expert advice, counsel, and implementation support on HR policies and compliance.
  • Manages employment processing and onboarding.
  • Oversees performance management processes.
  • Handles compensation and benefits administration.
  • Facilitates employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Acts as a liaison to benefits, recruiting, payroll, and HR technology providers.
  • Promotes high-performance culture emphasizing quality and productivity.
  • Demonstrates project management skills across multiple clients.
  • Work may be remote or at client sites; some travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; minimum of 7 years HR experience.
  • Preferred blend of corporate and consulting experience.
  • Consulting firm background in accounting/consulting or HR consulting preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in employment laws and HR practices.
  • Experience leading difficult conversations in HR contexts.
  • Knowledge in administering benefits and compensation programs.
