Overview

The Senior Human Resources Consultant serves as a strategic partner to organizational leadership by providing expert guidance in all areas of human resources. This role involves consulting on complex HR issues, leading key initiatives such as organizational design, talent management, compliance, and employee relations, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.

In Short

  • Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Conduct research to identify problematic situations
  • Formulate strategic plans to address HR matters
  • Assist in training and management recommendations
  • Develop plans for change and culture management
  • Provide insight into HR technology platforms
  • Investigate and address employee complaints
  • Deliver trainings in various HR areas
  • Support recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Ability to think strategically with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent judgment and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR technology and software
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
  • HR Certification preferred
  • Experience with Executive Level management preferred
