Requirements

• Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of technology and systems.
• Expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for identifying training gaps.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM training, preferably Salesforce or D365.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
