Market Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Market Analyst supports all aspects of marketing and financial analysis related to clients’ group benefit programs, working closely with Account Managers and Benefits Consultants.

In Short

• Creates detailed reports and presentations of marketing information.
• Prepares accurate market exhibits for proposal responses.
• Completes the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Assists in the carrier negotiation process.
• Reviews client utilization reports to identify opportunities for plan changes.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with carrier partners.
• Keeps market information organized in internal databases.
• Assists with special projects as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and recognize patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
