In Short

• Ensure the quality and stability of multiple production platforms, supporting key customers and mission-critical applications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies across multiple production environments.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of software applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Work with large-scale data sets and integrations, including file-based (CSV, XML) and API-based (REST, SOAP) systems.
• Organize test cycles to support software releases, patches, and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments.
• Identify and prioritize defects, tracking them through resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate system efficiency and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and refining QA processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, testing production applications, and managing testing strategies.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proven experience testing web applications, APIs, and databases in multi-platform environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or Bash for automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation and test preparation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to evaluate system scalability and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in production environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or Xray.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
