Senior Product Manager - Remote

As we push the boundaries of Web 3.0 through our Social Enterprise Technology (SET) platform, we’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who can help drive product innovation and delivery across our SaaS solutions.

In Short

• Think creatively to solve complex business problems and drive innovative product creation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive product execution.
• Prioritize customer feedback to inform product decisions and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Define product requirements, create specifications, and oversee product development with the engineering team.
• Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales to drive product adoption.
• Track product performance through key metrics and use data insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, specifically in software products.
• 2+ years of professional experience working as a PM/PO on customer-facing software products, excluding internal-facing products and software consulting/agency work.
• Proven success in managing and launching software products, with strong product management expertise.
• Experience conducting market research and staying on top of industry trends.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
