We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and help us define the next phase of support tooling.

• Help set overall product direction as part of our team.
• Ship features to solve customer problems, end to end.
• Work closely with the designer to ensure top-notch user experience.
• Have a proven track record in product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.

• Experience with distributed, serverless systems.
• Comfortable building full-stack applications.

Requirements

• Experience in full-stack engineering.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with API development.
• Ability to work in a remote-only environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning new technologies.
• Experience with serverless systems.
• Proficiency in Postgres.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers.
• Passion for user experience and product impact.
