Senior Product Designer - Remote

Some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies, like Stytch, Sanity, and Fly.io, rely on Plain to consolidate all the channels where they speak with customers, collaborate with their teams, and speed up their workflow with our lightning-fast UI.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us define the next phase of support tooling.

In Short

• Design end-to-end support tooling solutions.
• Collaborate with team and customers using sketches, prototypes, and Figma mocks.
• Set roadmap and priorities based on customer feedback.
• Define the design system for Plain’s UI.
• Encourage a culture of open design iteration.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience in intricate UI design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React.
• Preference for collaborative and open work environments.
