In Short

  • Lead qualification: Gather information about the lead, verify that the information provided is correct and assign every lead according to our market groups.
  • Sales support: Prepare a list of potential leads with contact info (email, phone, ...) and import the list into our CRM data.
  • Email marketing: Generate qualified leads through content, webinars and events campaigns.
  • Support on data cleansing to optimise efficiency: Standardize, deduplicate, and update contact information.
  • Data Segmentation: Create targeted segments based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria to enable personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation Implementation: Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and other marketing processes.
  • Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools to support marketing and sales.
  • Marketing Performance Reporting: Create and distribute regular reports on marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (Bac+3) in business, marketing, or other related field;
  • Complete professional fluency in English and French;
  • Proficiency in Hubspot & SalesForce (or willingness to quickly learn);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets);
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment;
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business;
