Overview

The Principal Portfolio Program Manager role is focused on leading large multi-year strategic programs aimed at evolving and scaling Athlete Experience, overseeing all aspects of program management including strategy formation, process definition, organization design, and technology delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of general experience in program management.
  • Over 10 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain technical program management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning experience.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in risk and issue management.
