Supply Chain Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Manage contract manufacturers and vendors for device supply.
• Build and maintain relationships with CMs and vendors.
• Coordinate material for rapid deployment to key customers.
• Identify and execute cost savings opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with CMs and key vendors.
• Manage off-shore launching of new devices.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform regular supply vs. demand analysis.
• Purchase key materials to support deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electronics supply chain or program management experience.
• A degree in supply chain, sourcing, business, or engineering.
• Experience in new product development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in rapidly changing situations.
• Experience working with electrical and mechanical suppliers.
• Understanding of production quotas and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in aviation or automotive supply chain is a plus.
• Extensive experience managing suppliers.
