The Lead Cybersecurity Operations Analyst will serve as a hands-on leader and subject matter expert for cybersecurity operations, guiding complex security monitoring activities and leading incident investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in Security Operations and incident response.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and cloud security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive projects and manage teams.
• Experience with threat hunting and detection engineering.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and SOAR automation.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational abilities.
• Project management knowledge.
