Program Analyst - Cybersecurity Operations - Remote

Overview

MBL Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst - Cybersecurity Ops to join our team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in the analysis and evaluation of cyber operations.

• Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes using data sources.
• Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Assist program managers with budget and schedule development.
• Prepare detailed reports for management by analyzing data.
• Define and utilize statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems.
• Prepare and maintain policies in accordance with federal and NIST requirements.
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills required.
• Five or more years of experience as a Program, Business, or Management Analyst.
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in a related field.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
• Strong computer skills with necessary database and software products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work towards multiple deadlines simultaneously.
