In Short

• Support healthcare-focused agency’s emergency management and preparedness operations.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate tests, training, and exercises.
• Manage annual Integrated Preparedness Planning Workshop (IPPW).
• Create exercise After-Action Reports and Improvement Plans.
• Prepare training for continuity teams.
• Analyze Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) testing results.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids.
• Encourage applications from military veterans and spouses.
• Remote position with occasional onsite meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Public Trust Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in TT&E programs.
• Experience in multi-year TT&E plans and conducting exercises.
• Advanced knowledge in HSEEP curriculum development.
• Experience overseeing task order completion.
• Experience directing technical teams.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
