Overview

The Resilience Operation Centre (ROC) provides oversight and support to the 1st line of defense (1LoD) to ensure compliance with resiliency policies, driving best practices in line with current standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assist 1LoD teams with technology and operational resilience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT related to business & operational continuity.
• Experience with resilience disciplines and disaster recovery.
• Experience dealing with different partners.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cloud.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Understanding of the resilience regulatory landscape.
• Good communication skills.
