Overview

The Manager, Operational Compliance will lead compliance activities and manage the NERC CIP Medium Impact program at Intersect Power, a clean energy company focused on innovative low-carbon solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NERC compliance.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP Medium Impact standards.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to thrive in a remote environment.
