Operational Resilience Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Operational Resilience Consultant will work on delivering client-facing Business Continuity and Operational Resilience projects, contributing to product and service development, and managing multiple projects effectively.

In Short

• Deliver Business Continuity (BC) & Operational Resilience (OR) project activities and documents for clients.
• Run workshops, meetings, and various exercises related to crisis management.
• Prepare deliverable documents including test plans, reports, and assessments.
• Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with clients.
• Manage time and projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with others to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Possess a strong understanding of industry standards.
• Hold a membership with the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI grade or higher).
• Be IT literate, especially in MS Office tools.
• Experience with BC/Risk software tools is desirable.
