Overview

We are looking to recruit Operational Resilience risk and Cyber candidates across different senior levels into our growing Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance capability.

In Short

• Support clients in meeting operational resilience requirements.
• Assess resilience across operational and technical landscapes.
• Analyze third-party exposure and review cyber resilience strategies.
• Provide solutions and support implementation of changes.
• Work on projects related to ITOL & IBS assessment, process mapping, and scenario testing.
• Design and implement governance models and operational resilience embedding.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and mitigation.
• Engage in regulatory change responses and security design.
• Mentor and coach team members for senior candidates.
• Drive thought leadership and client campaigns.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of operational resilience and cyber risk regulatory requirements.
• Experience in assessing controls and implementing remedial actions.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder conversations across departments.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing diverse client programs.
• Ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrable expertise in building relationships.
• Experience in risk management frameworks.
• Decision-making using a holistic approach.
