The Golf Trusted Advisor is an essential, frontline role that connects our Brands and services to our customer (Golfer), providing high-quality customer service and assisting with merchandise selections.

In Short

• Conduct 45-minute virtual golf consultation appointments.
• Review pre-appointment assessments and formulate product recommendations.
• Build excitement and confidence in the Brand during virtual appointments.
• Assist customers with placing orders and providing product inquiries.
• Maintain Brand loyalty by connecting with customers.
• Utilize internal resources to resolve customer issues.
• Attend product and service training as needed.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Enjoy solving problems and helping customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years’ experience with customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Strong detail orientation and troubleshooting skills.
• Golf product knowledge and experience playing the game.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Critical thinking skills to solve challenges.
