In Short

• Full-time position for a Scrum Master / Business Analyst.
• Support project implementation of modern scalable solutions.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the team on Agile practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a safe environment for team discussions.
• Partner with stakeholders to document business processes and requirements.
• Provide support using a servant leadership style.
• Assist with internal and external communication for transparency.
• Experience in legacy modernization projects is preferred.
• Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred.
• Work remotely with a focus on team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Active Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Good knowledge of servant leadership and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum patterns and techniques.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
