In Short

• Lead the collection, documentation, and validation of complex business and technical requirements from military stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to extract detailed requirements.
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation including business process flows and use cases.
• Perform gap analysis between current operations and desired capabilities.
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor implementation progress and coordinate with development teams.
• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions and manage change control processes.
• Coach teams in understanding the delivery process and agile mindset.
• Drive innovation initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Experience in project scope definition and delivery planning.
• Proficiency in creating interactive demos and prototypes.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technology adoption is a plus.
