Global Director of Compliance Operations, Life Sciences - Remote

Overview

The Global Compliance Operations Director will play a strategic role in developing and managing key elements of an effective compliance program for the Life Sciences operating companies within Danaher.

• Lead and manage the Life Sciences global compliance operations team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Oversee regular risk assessment processes.
• Develop and implement monitoring and auditing programs.

• Conduct due diligence for third-party distributor management.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management.
• Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on compliance controls and initiatives.
• Promote awareness of compliance issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of global compliance experience in life sciences or regulated industries.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• B.A. or B.S. or similar degree required.
• Experience with compliance programs per U.S. DOJ guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Compliance Certification preferred.
• Data privacy compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Understanding of compliance hotline providers.
