Overview

The HR Project Manager supports the successful delivery of HR initiatives across the Life Sciences Platform, managing projects that impact HR systems and processes, and partnering with HR leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or HR.
• Experience managing multiple projects with defined scope.
• Working knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with project and change management methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
