As a Project Manager at IBG, you will oversee the execution of projects from development through delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.

• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Review and sign off on costings and quotes.
• Manage and update costings during the order process.
• Control budget for client quotations.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of samples.
• Provide customers with pricing and lead-times.
• Resolve complaints and develop solutions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure adherence to timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Project Management Certificate is an asset.
• Experience with Project Management tools like ClickUp.
• Experience in product development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry preferred.
