Order-to-Cash Specialist (Supply Chain) - Remote

Overview

As an Order-to-Cash Specialist at IBG, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the order-to-cash process while acting as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

In Short

• Manage all processes within order-to-cash flow including order processing and logistics.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Review production plans to meet customer forecasts.
• Support global trade and tax documentation for shipping programs.
• Implement best-in-class data management and system upgrades.
• Track shipments and update stock positions.
• Monitor inspection dates and ensure compliance.
• Review and update Open Order reports.
• Process supplier invoices at title transfer.
• Collaborate with Finance for accuracy in purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Order Management or Supply Chain Operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory and logistics.
• Experience with production scheduling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the cosmetic industry is an asset.
